My favorite author is in town this weekend for a book signing. I have always loved his work, and would be so honored to meet him.

Unfortunately, I have class. My professor even called to remind me the other day. ( Frickin education. )

I can only pray that the next time he's in town, ( after graduation ) he is still willing to sign my book.
