How Did This Reality Show Get Into My Reality?

Every morning I visualize the type of world that I want to live in, and trust that it will be met. I've always believed that your imagination is the most powerful tool for creating, and when you focus your attention with clear conscious intent, you set an internal program into motion, one that will determine your experience of the outer world.

Cultural beliefs about the nature of reality rule your experiences from the deepest most ancient levels. Beliefs arise out of ideas about reality; these ideas are then passed on through time to evolve into facts, and these facts appear to define what you see because of what you were told.

External suggestions and images, such as those from television, can also play a part in programing your subconscious and unconscious mind.

Scientists have done studies with people connected to an EEG brain-scanning device while watching TV. They registered activity in the delta wave frequencies, essentially occupying a highly programmable sleep state while viewing TV.

That may seem all fine and dandy if you're into watching How it's Made or Jeopardy, but what if you accidentally watched 18 seconds of Tool Academy. Could this mistake have caused any permanent damage to my brain? Better question yet would be why is this show even part of my existence, and how do I make it go away before others are influenced by the activities of these tools with poor boundaries.
